About This Project

Rachael and Mark decided on an intimate winter wedding to celebrate formalising their union.  When we first met I noticed straightaway that they were finishing each other’s sentences as we chatted about how their Wedding Day would unfold. It stuck me that these were two people who loved each other very much – a deep abiding love, already way beyond romantic love and into something much stronger.

Rachael chose to get ready for her Marriage Ceremony at Wyndham Resort, Seven Mile Beach.  Ben O’Brien did her hair, and Kaz C did her makeup. She wore a Mori Lee Dress from Strutt Bridal, and the ceremony and reception were held at Barilla Bay Oysters.  The Celebrant was a long time family friend, Cheryl Williams.

As I got to know Rachael and Mark I found out what a caring couple they are – not just with each other, but with their families and friends.  At the end of my day when all the wedding photography was finished Rachael and Mark waited with me while the kind staff at Barilla Bay Oysters packed up a slice of delicious Wedding Cake, made by Creating Cakes at Sorell, for me to take home, and then the Bride and Groom handed me a  lovely bag full of wine and chocolates! On their Wedding Day!

Rachael and Mark, lets do it over again because it was spectacular! xxx
